SHELF LIFE:
Our treats have no preservatives and are dehydrated to help lock in freshness.  They should be consumed within 8-10 weeks of delivery and should not be refrigerated or frozen. 

SHIPPING for Time Zones: We ship USPS Priority Mail for ET and CT which can take 2-3 business days.  For those in MT and PT zones we ship USPS Ground Advantage which can take 2-5 business days.  We carefully package each order to minimize disruption during shipping. We cannot guarantee that the treats will always arrive untouched and in one piece. We strive for presentation, however, your pup will not mind if their yummy treat is a little broken. It will still taste super yummy.
